You can register in one of three ways:
Online:
Navigate to the course you wish to register for. Click on the location and date and you will be able to view hotel and course information. A secure page is provided for safe payment by credit card or Purchase Order information. You may register for multiple classes or for multiple people all in one convenient transaction.
By Fax:
Click here to view and print a Registration Form to fax. Please be sure to fill out a separate fax for each person and/or class you are registering for. The Registration Form is provided in .pdf format. Note that Adobe Reader is necessary to view and print the Registration Form. Adobe Reader is a free download from Adobe.
