You can register in one of three ways:
Online:
Navigate to the course you wish to register for. Click on the location and date and you will be able to view hotel and course information. A secure page is provided for safe payment by credit card or Purchase Order information. You may register for multiple classes or multiple people all in one convenient transaction.
By Fax:
Click here to view and print a Registration Form to fax. Please be sure to fill out a separate form for each person and/or class you are registering for. The Registration Form is provided in .pdf format. Note that Adobe Reader is necessary to view and print the Registration Form. Adobe Reader is a free download from Adobe.
By Phone:
