AQS Management Systems, Inc. (AQS) provides consulting, facilitation, and training services to regional, national, and international customers. This support consists of ISO Auditor Training, ISO 9001:2008 Training, ISO 14001 Training, ISO Training and project support for a variety of Management Systems. AQS earned an "exceeds expectations" performance evaluation and rating from The Dun and Bradstreet Information Services. AQS uses adult learning concepts and principles when consulting, designing, and customizing training. Courses engage the working adult learner in the educational process and maximize their knowledge and experience. AQS courses turn information into skills making them more than just an "information dump."

AQS Instructors have over 200 years of collective experience in ISO Training, ISO Auditor Training and ISO 9001:2008 Training.

We have found that there are three characteristics to successful planned management, organizational or business improvement projects. These three characteristics are the foundation of AQS' Consulting, Facilitation, and Training Services:

  • Clearly defined objectives based on an understanding of the organization, its stakeholders and their needs,
  • Effective management and leadership of the action plan selected to reach the goals, and
  • Employees with the skill set necessary to accomplish the new changing tasks they are required to accomplish.

AQS believes that stakeholders are internal and external customers, suppliers, employees, management. Continuous improvement requires stakeholder involvement in the repeated revolutions of the Deming Cycle of (Plan-Do-Study-Act)
