This course has been designed for auditors, audit program managers and ASQ CQA's interested in staying current with the 2004 CQA Body of Knowledge changes, the latest audit practices, the new ISO 19011 auditing standard guidance and the new case study testing format. A 2004 Certified Quality Auditor Body of Knowledge has been issued and CQA applicants will be tested on the additions to the BOK starting June 2004. The changes represent up-to-date auditing practices based on a national survey of audit practitioners. ISO 19011 changes that influence the CQA BOK are included. The course consists of a series of lessons, illustrations, diagrams, interactive exercises, quizzes, tests and new case study questions. The additions class has 138 test questions related to the new BOK topics plus 30 new case study questions that cover both new and old BOK topics. Successful completion of the class will result in a certificate for 7 contact hours (0.7 CEU's). The subscription period for the class is 90 days (plus one free 30-day subscription extension, if needed)

Meet the Instructor:

russellJ.P. Russell is owner of JP Russell and Associates and Director of Operations for QualityWBT Center for Education (www.QualityWBT.com). Mr. Russell is an ASQ Fellow, an ASQ Certified Quality Auditor, and former RAB QMS Lead Auditor. He is a member of ASQ, Institute of Internal Auditors, Standards Engineering Society, US TAG TC176 and Secretary of TG 9001-9004. Mr. Russell has been a speaker at several national conferences and regional organizational meetings and is an ASQ qualified instructor. JP is an instructional designer in the areas of auditing, standards, and improvement, has authored over 12 books on process/systems auditing/continual improvement, edited the Quality Audit Handbook 1st and 2nd ed, and the ASQ Auditng Handbook, and is a regular columnist for ASQ's Quality Progress magazine.
